As we enter the second half of 2017, farmers are again facing dry conditions across NSW and Queensland. There are also a number of farmers affected by Cyclone Debbie who don’t have enough feed for their animals and our dairy farmers are still finding it hard to afford to feed their dairy cattle.. This map shows areas of Qld for example who have been drought declared since September 2013, that is 4 years of constant drought.

We’re planning 80 truck loads of hay between July and December 2017 to meet requests from farmers across these regions of Qld, NSW and Victoria. Can you help us reach these targets?
Now that we have hay available (7000 bales committed, thank you hay farmers), the first of 20 trips can be planned. Your contribution will help us cover the cost of fodder, diesel and event supplies for up to 1000kms. Every dollar counts.
